Opinion: Get Outdoors! Exercise! Stay Fit!
Since the start of Covid-19 pandemic, we have been forced to stay inside a lot. Still, we should find ways to exercise and go outdoors into the big, leafy greenery!
We should be focusing on this topic, especially for kids, because going outside is an important factor in your mental health. If we don’t exercise, go outside or keep our bodies active and productive, we may not be as physically strong in the future. We should want to keep our bodies healthy and feeling fit!
