The Dominican Republic is somewhere that everyone believes is a very beautiful place to visit and tour. But what is this country covering that you don’t know enough about? Well allow me to share what is truly going on in this Caribbean territory. Regarding education: bad quality classrooms, lack of good reputation in students’ capacity, and sexist stereotypes affect students during a regular learning day. Most schools have a majority male student bodies, predicting that girls stay home helping with chores and doing what people believe are a “woman’s job.” There is also negativity towards any male student that is not well known for a sport or any other “masculine” activities.
